MA/MS in Curriculum and Instruction

This master's degree offers several pathways: a self-designed course of study built with an advisor, a route that adds an endorsement for teaching licensure, and options created for specific cohorts. Students learn to connect content knowledge, teaching practice, student learning and curriculum, to interpret educational research when designing teaching materials and to address access, equity and diversity for all students. The general pathway can be taken in person or online, and each option is described in detail on the program page. The program page sets out course requirements and learning outcomes in detail, and applicants are pointed to the school's own site for contact and admissions questions. Study can be organized around advisor guidance, and candidates are encouraged to review prerequisites and policies before applying.
