AA/AS in Accounting and Related Services

Students learn to keep financial records in order, analyze business figures and use accounting software including QuickBooks and Excel. Payroll, taxes, budgeting and business law courses build the technical and analytical skills that employers seek. The applied degree prepares graduates to start working right away in roles such as accountant, payroll specialist or accounts payable clerk. Others continue to a bachelor's degree with help from advisors. Requirements run 63 to 64 credit hours, and the program is available on campus or fully online.
