AA/AS in Hospitality Administration/Management

Grayson College groups hospitality and culinary study under one area. The hospitality management track prepares graduates for entry roles across hotels, restaurants, resorts, casinos, cruise lines, and care facilities, with paths toward supervision, sales, and human resources. The culinary arts track is accredited by the ACFEF and focuses on professional kitchen work, across upscale dining, casual restaurants, and dietary cooking. Graduates can aim for roles ranging from line cook up through sous chef, kitchen manager, and head chef. Students gain practical experience through community service and industry involvement. Degrees and certificates are available in both tracks.
