BA/BS in Construction Management

Keene State offers a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management that treats the building industry as a field for leaders. Students follow a project from first idea through completion, learning how schedules, budgets and quality targets fit together. The degree is interdisciplinary. Coursework draws on architecture, business and engineering topics such as graphics, materials, estimating, cost control, scheduling, supervision, risk and site safety, and it sits within a broad liberal arts foundation that includes professional ethics. Learning happens in classrooms, through internships and on visits to active construction sites. Graduates pursue roles such as project manager and estimator. A construction management minor is also available for students in other majors.
