BA/BS in Accounting and Related Services

The accounting program teaches how organizations report finances, plan budgets, audit records and handle taxes. Students prepare for accounting careers, graduate or professional school, and the CPA exam. A dedicated tutoring lab for accounting and finance supports coursework. Majors can join several business student groups and honor societies, and every student must complete a cross-cultural experience, arranged individually, with a faculty group or through a semester abroad. Career ideas include public and cost accounting, forensic work, actuarial analysis, consulting and financial planning. The School of Business holds ACBSP accreditation.
