AA/AS in Dental Support Services and Allied Professions

Dental Hygiene, Associate of Applied Science sits in the Health and Wellness division at LCCC. The program teaches dental hygiene techniques, head and neck anatomy, periodontics, pharmacology and pain management across five technique courses, with anatomy, microbiology and chemistry support. Graduates are prepared to deliver hygiene services under the state practice act and to work as part of a dental health team.
