AA/AS in Mathematics

The General Studies: Mathematics associate in arts degree builds a firm mathematical base while leaving space to follow interests such as nutrition, economics, science or liberal arts. A career and life planning course helps each student draw up a personal degree plan. Mathematics classes meet on both the Framingham and Wellesley Hills campuses. Students can turn to the Achieve in Math program and the Homework Center for math, both intended to help them succeed in their studies. The degree prepares students for smooth transfer to a university or for entry into varied careers. On completion, students receive the Associate in Arts in General Studies with a mathematics concentration. The page also lists faculty, a curriculum and learning outcomes.
