PhD in Business Administration, Management and Operations

The Doctor of Business Administration is an applied doctoral program centered on management practice. It is positioned as an alternative to a PhD for seasoned practitioners and college instructors. The curriculum and research requirements aim to develop advanced skills for roles in management, teaching and consulting, and to prepare ethical leaders for complex organizations. The schedule is part time and designed to fit around work. Applications are made through the BusinessCAS partner site. The university is accredited and belongs to the Minnesota State system. Applications are handled through a partner service, with separate windows for fall or spring starts and for summer or fall starts. Faculty and advisors support enrolled students, and anyone considering the program can ask for more information before applying.
