BA/BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

The Management major teaches students how to plan and organize activities, infrastructure, capital and human resources in business processes, and how to staff, lead and control those processes. Two concentrations are available, management and human resources. The curriculum introduces current concepts, theory and tools and connects them to practice. Graduates should be able to approach a management situation by identifying key issues, weighing options and making a clear written and oral recommendation. The college holds AACSB accreditation and publishes learning goals. The Management and Marketing department answers questions by phone and email.
