The Master of Business Administration is aimed at professionals who want to move into leadership. The business world has grown far more sophisticated than it was a few decades ago, and the degree builds the body of knowledge that this demands, including management theory, diversity, tools for making decisions and other advanced skills. It is directed at people who have completed a bachelor's degree, have gained some experience at work and want to apply long-established theory in creative ways. It places weight on inclusiveness and originality, and it presents the graduate as someone ready to take on the next challenge in a connected global economy shaped by innovation. Prospective applicants are invited to register for online information sessions run by the university. Details about the courses required for the degree can be found in the academic catalog, which is linked from the program page, and applicants can use it to plan their path through the curriculum.
