AA/AS in Business/Commerce, General

The Business program lets students finish an associate degree before they start working or move to a four-year school outside the state's public system. People already employed in business use it to widen their prospects. The curriculum satisfies general education needs and teaches business fundamentals. Electives allow specialization in areas such as accounting, entrepreneurship, management or marketing, internships are available, and some elective combinations permit study completely online. The credential is an associate degree in business administration, completed in two years. Students planning their studies should consult the admissions and advising staff about entry steps, start terms and current costs, none of which this page lists. Advisors can also explain how the credits might apply toward further education or employment, and which courses to take first.
