PGCert in Civil Engineering

The certificate in Civil Engineering is offered by the Civil Engineering Department in the engineering college, alongside the department's MS and PhD degrees. The Department of Civil Engineering aims to train engineers who make discoveries, develop technologies and apply new approaches to keep infrastructure safe, resilient and sustainable. The curriculum is broad, covers each principal civil engineering specialty, and emphasizes interdisciplinary work on urban infrastructure. The catalog entry lists the program contacts, admission and degree requirements, and a link to the department website, so applicants can confirm current details with the department before applying. Prospective students should ask the department directly about timelines, fees and funding, since the page does not give those figures. Further details can be confirmed with the department.
