PhD in Social Work

The PhD in Social Work is delivered through the College of Social Work at the University of Utah. Prospective applicants can join an information webinar, schedule a visit, and review the funding sources available before applying. Current students and faculty are profiled on the program site, which also covers curriculum, graduation requirements, and a handbook of resources. Financial aid and scholarship information is presented separately from funding sources, so applicants can compare support options. The site highlights notable alumni and recent graduates, along with research conducted across the college. A distance-delivered doctorate option is listed alongside the on-campus program, and questions can be sent through a dedicated contact page. Applicants can also review the curriculum page before submitting an application.
