MA/MS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

Troy's MBA covers leadership, strategy and theory for business and organizations. Applicants may come from any educational or professional background, and students are taught to draw on analytical, technical and behavioral methods when planning strategy. The program is flexible: students may attend on campus or online, and study full or part time. A full-time student can complete the degree in about a year, while part-time students generally take eighteen months to two years. Because the schedule does not lock students into a fixed sequence, employed students and deployed service members can skip a term without reapplying. The Sorrell College of Business holds dual AACSB accreditation in business and accounting. Classes explore how firms compete, organize people and use data, and students gain practice weighing strategic choices from several viewpoints before applying them at work.
