Overview

Business Economics is a bachelor of science program offered through the Goddard School of Business and Economics. Upper-level courses assume that students have completed a set of eight business foundation classes, including accounting, economics, information systems, statistics and a professional-skills course. Graduation requires one hundred twenty credit hours, forty of which must be upper division. Students must earn at least a C in prerequisite and required courses and keep a major average of at least 2.5. No minor is required. To protect the quality of the degree, half of the total coursework and most upper-division work must be taken in the Goddard School, and transfer credit needs approval before the program begins. Students are urged to meet regularly with advisors.
