This Attestation d'études collégiales (AEC) in Intervention appliquée en neurodéveloppement trains students to understand nervous-system function and neurological maturation and to propose simple, appropriate interventions for people of all ages with learning difficulties. The 195-hour program covers the effects of the neurodevelopmental process on the individual, cognitive functions, sensory, motor and socio-affective skills, and oral language skills. It is delivered 100% online, part-time in the evening, in less than a year. Admission requires a DEC or AEC in Techniques d'éducation spécialisée or Techniques d'éducation à l'enfance, a DEC in Techniques de travail social, or other training or experience judged sufficient and relevant; a file review is required for every applicant. The next cohort starts in Winter 2027. Graduates are prepared to design and deliver basic neurodevelopmental interventions in educational, childcare, and social-services settings, working with learners who present learning or developmental difficulties.
