Program details

Overview

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Admission follows Cégep de Granby's general conditions (a Quebec DES, or a DEP with the required Secondary V language and Secondary IV mathematics courses, or equivalent training and experience after a 24-month interruption), applied for through SRAM. The programme's own prerequisite, for a DES obtained after 2010, is Mathematics TS or SN (4th secondary) or CST (5th secondary); a pre-2010 DES needs Mathematics 436. Instruction is entirely in French, so no IELTS or TOEFL applies; applicants schooled outside Quebec must pass the mandatory French-language test in SRAM's international admission stream (CAD 100 fee) and must obtain a CAQ and study permit once admitted.

Application Details

Start Date: September and January
Application Deadline: Domestic (Quebec/Canadian) applicants apply through SRAM (admission.sram.qc.ca), which processes admissions from January with a fixed Round 1 deadline of March 1 for Automne entry; Cegep de Granby has not posted Round 2/3 dates specific to Automne 2027, and Hiver 2027 entry follows SRAM's system-wide schedule (Round 1 November 1, 2026, Round 2 November 25, 2026). International applicants also apply exclusively through SRAM; the college's own pages give no Granby-specific date, so SRAM's fixed system-wide international cutoffs apply -- March 14, 2027 for Automne 2027 entry, and May 31, 2026 (already past) for Hiver 2027 entry. Admission proceeds in SRAM's structured rounds rather than being open-ended. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
