For more information, click here. The Business School will be offering a variety of delivery modes for new students in all programs. These can include asynchronous learning, synchronous learning, hybrid, and on-campus deliveries, including evenings and weekends. Executive Assistants are the backbone of the modern office environment. From productivity and software expertise to managing complex projects, executive assistants are valued and indispensable business generalists. Centennial College’s Office Administration - Executive program will prepare you, in just two years, to execute a range of duties performed by executive assistants who work with upper level management in today's technically advanced workplaces. Through simulated class lessons and a five-day-per-week field placement in the final semester (with companies such as KPMG, Bombardier and non-profit organizations), you'll gain practical experience. Requirements
Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or mature-applicant status at 19 or older, plus a Grade 12 English College or University preparation course, or a pass on Centennial's English Admission Test. The programme page defers standardized-test scores to the college's general language-proficiency page, whose Standard Programs scale applies: IELTS Academic 6.0 with no band under 5.5, TOEFL iBT 67 with Reading at least 16 and Writing at least 23, PTE Academic 51 or higher, or Duolingo 105 or higher. No portfolio, interview, or minimum admission GPA is published. International students must hold a valid work permit before the final-semester field-placement course.

Application Deadline:Centennial publishes no application deadline for this program; what follows is the Ontario college cycle that governs it. Domestic applicants apply through ontariocolleges.ca: for a program starting in Fall 2027 the equal-consideration date is 1 February 2027, and applications arriving after it are still assessed, but first-come first-served while places remain. Across the Ontario college system the application opened on 26 September 2026, offers may be issued from 1 November 2026, and an offer must be accepted by 1 May 2027. One $150 fee covers up to five program choices. International applicants apply directly to Centennial through its own international application process and are assessed on a rolling basis across the Fall, Winter and Summer intakes; the college publishes no fixed international closing date. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
