For more information, click here. The Business School will be offering a variety of delivery modes for new students in all programs. These can include, asynchronous learning, synchronous learning, hybrid, and on-campus deliveries, including evenings and weekends. In the Office Administration - Legal program at Centennial College, you'll see the legal system unfold before your eyes. This college business diploma program's courses will not only allow you to develop core office administration skills but will also focus on: Legal office environments Building an understanding of current issues in Canadian law Specialized areas of practice such as civil litigation, family law, real estate, wills and estate The use of specialized legal office software, with an emphasis on computer-generated document production and word processing To round out the Office Administration - Legal training, in the final term you'll complete a five-day-per-week field placement in the last 4 weeks of the semester. During this time, you'll have the opportunity to apply specific legal office administration skills. Among these skills will be preparation of legal documents using word processing, legal terminology, and office procedures used in law firms or corporate legal departments. The field placement will be organized and supervised by program faculty members and College staff, who will work closely with you to help you find a placement well suited to your needs. While the placement will be unpaid, it will provide valuable resume enhancement experience. Please note: Upon graduation from the Office Administration - Legal program, you'll have the option to advance your education by seamlessly transferring into The Business School's Law Clerk program (2804).
Requirements
Admission Requirements: Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, or mature-applicant status at 19 or older, plus a Grade 12 English College or University preparation course, or a pass on Centennial's English Admission Test. The programme page defers standardized-test scores to the college's general language-proficiency page, whose Standard Programs scale applies: IELTS Academic 6.0 with no band under 5.5, TOEFL iBT 67 with Reading at least 16 and Writing at least 23, PTE Academic 51 or higher, or Duolingo 105 or higher. No portfolio, interview, or minimum admission GPA is published; graduation instead requires an overall 2.0 GPA and a minimum keyboarding speed of 50 words per minute, and fourth-semester field placement requires a 2.0 GPA across the first three semesters with a C grade in communications courses.

Application Deadline:Centennial publishes no application deadline for this program; what follows is the Ontario college cycle that governs it. Domestic applicants apply through ontariocolleges.ca: for a program starting in Fall 2027 the equal-consideration date is 1 February 2027, and applications arriving after it are still assessed, but first-come first-served while places remain. Across the Ontario college system the application opened on 26 September 2026, offers may be issued from 1 November 2026, and an offer must be accepted by 1 May 2027. One $150 fee covers up to five program choices. International applicants apply directly to Centennial through its own international application process and are assessed on a rolling basis across the Fall, Winter and Summer intakes; the college publishes no fixed international closing date. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
