Graduates of Conestoga's two-year Business diploma can step into the Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) - International Business Management through this advanced-standing pathway, one of the degree destinations named on the Business diploma's page. The honours program at the Kitchener - Doon campus develops leaders for domestic and global enterprises through international business strategy and operations, global marketing, finance and supply chain management, and data-driven decision-making, combined with paid co-op work terms and applied projects, and opens careers such as international business consultant, global supply chain analyst and trade compliance officer.

Admission Requirements: This is Conestoga's advanced-standing pathway into the Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) - International Business Management for graduates of the 2 year Business diploma; the program page does not publish separate pathway-specific grades, so entry follows the degree's published admission basis. Direct-entry candidates need an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or age 19 or older by the start date, plus six Grade 12 U or M courses at a minimum cumulative average of 65%, including English (ENG4U) at a minimum of 60% or Preparatory Communications for Degrees, one Grade 12 Mathematics course (Calculus and Vectors, Advanced Functions, Mathematics of Data Management, or Preparatory Advanced Functions) at a minimum of 60%, and four further Grade 12 U or M courses; Conestoga notes higher averages are often needed where the program is competitive. Applicants whose prior instruction was not in English must meet Conestoga's institution-wide degree-program English requirement: IELTS Academic 6.5 overall (no band under 6.0), TOEFL iBT 88 (no skill under 22), PTE Academic 58, CAEL 70 (no sub-test under 60), or Duolingo 120. Non-Canadian transcripts require a course-by-course credential evaluation through ICAS or WES.
