Conestoga College offers Diploma in Health Office Administration, a diploma in Business Administration programme in Kitchener, Canada. The programme runs for 2 years, delivered on campus. Teaching is in English. Tuition is CAD 2,750 per year for local students.
This two-year diploma places heavy emphasis on hands-on application, problem solving and critical thinking to prepare students for administrative roles within health care organizations. Coursework covers insurance practices, medical transcription, hospital unit administration, and medical and dental office management, alongside office management procedures, bookkeeping and business computing applications. Students take part in health office simulations and, in the fourth semester, complete a seven-week, unpaid work placement of at least 245 hours in a local health care organization.

Before clinical placement, students must supply immunization records, TB-testing evidence, Standard First Aid/CPR certification, and a clear vulnerable-sector police check; non-Canadian transcripts require credential evaluation.
