Admission Requirements: Direct entry requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, or mature student status for applicants 19 years of age or older, with Grade 12 compulsory English at the C or U level, or Conestoga's Preparatory Communications (COMM1251) at a minimum of 60%. Applicants whose prior instruction was not in English must demonstrate proficiency per Conestoga's published requirements, which for diploma programs is IELTS Academic 6.0 with no band below 5.5, TOEFL iBT 80 with no skill below 20, PTE Academic 53, or Duolingo 110. Canadian citizens and permanent residents with credentials from outside Canada require a course-by-course credential evaluation. The program expects strong computer application ability and written and verbal communication skills sufficient to meet business documentation deadlines.
