Requirements

Admission Requirements: Domestic applicants need an Ontario Secondary School Diploma with courses at the College, University, University/College or Open level, including Grade 12 English (C/U) and Grade 11 Mathematics (M or U) or Grade 12 Mathematics (C or U), or an equivalent route such as the Mature Student Assessment, the Canadian Adult Education Credential/GED completed before May 2024, or ACE Core Math. International applicants need an equivalent high school diploma with a Grade 12 math credit, plus Academic IELTS 6.0 overall with no band below 5.5. Applicants who fall short of the math requirement can enter through the Pre-Technology-Technology/Aviation program first; the diploma admits in the Fall.

Application Deadline: Domestic applicants apply through ontariocolleges.ca: for Fall 2027 entry the application opened 26 September 2026 and the province-wide equal-consideration date is 1 February 2027; Confederation also publishes its own equal-consideration dates of 1 March for Winter-entry programmes and 1 April for Spring-entry programmes. After these dates, files are assessed on a rolling, first-come basis while seats remain, and the college flags Aviation, Health, Engineering Technology and Community Services programmes as filling quickly. International applicants apply via international.ocas.ca; intakes close roughly six weeks before each semester starts and a programme can close earlier once seats fill, so no fixed international closing date is published. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
