PGCert in Advanced Care Paramedic

Admission Requirements: Confederation College's Advanced Care Paramedic programme admits domestic applicants who hold a Paramedic Ontario College Diploma, a Primary Care Paramedic Diploma from an accredited Canadian college program, or an Ambulance and Emergency Care Certificate. Applicants must also submit a copy of that credential, an A-EMCA certificate or equivalent, a letter from their EMS service confirming a minimum of 1,000 hours of ambulance field experience (completed or to be completed by programme start), a letter of certification under Base Hospital Medical Authority, and a valid driver's licence, and must achieve a minimum score of 70% on the college's Pre-Admissions Exam, scheduled once all other application requirements are met. The programme's own admission page states that this intake is not available to international students, so no English-language test score is published for it.
