Overview
A one-year Christian Ministry certificate delivered through lecture-based, in-person classes on campus in Kitchener, Ontario. The curriculum is organized into three areas: Bible and Theology, covering biblical surveys and Christian doctrine; General Studies; and Professional Studies, which includes spiritual formation and leadership coursework. A ministry practicum gives students hands-on experience in an area such as youth ministry, worship, or community outreach, ideally completed within the student's home church or a partner congregation. Stated learning outcomes centre on orthodox theology, spiritual maturity, and ministry competency. The program is aimed at what the college describes as the ministry explorer, someone who senses a call toward ministry but is still discerning its shape, and serves as a foundational entry point that can lead into further certificate or degree study at the college.

Admission Requirements: Emmanuel Bible College admits into its Delta: Christian Ministry Certificate on the basis of a minimum high-school diploma (or equivalent) with a grade average of 65%. In place of a standardized IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or Duolingo score, English proficiency is demonstrated through completion of Ontario's ENG4U, ENG4M or ENG4C course with a mark of 65% or higher. Beyond academics, the college requires a commitment to following Jesus and pursuing spiritual maturity, and a commitment to worship and serve within a local church community; the admissions committee reserves the right to deny acceptance if an applicant's character is called into question. Applicants submit a completed application form, an official high-school transcript, one pastoral reference, and a residence application where applicable.
