Requirements
Admission Requirements: Entry requires a bachelor's degree, advanced diploma, diploma, or equivalent. The English-language requirement here is Humber's institution-wide English Language Proficiency Policy at the Graduate Certificates and Master's Degrees band: IELTS Academic overall 6.5 with no band below 6.0, TOEFL iBT 88 with a minimum of 22 in each skill, PTE Academic 61-64, Duolingo English Test 125 or above, or CAEL 70 overall. A Canadian citizen or permanent resident who was schooled outside Canada must first have their credentials assessed before those courses can count toward admission - ICAS course-by-course for a secondary-school transcript, or WES for post-secondary study. Applicants must also submit a detailed resume and a one-page (350-word) letter of intent explaining their interest in public relations and in this program, and must attend a 20-minute online information session with faculty after submitting those documents; the session explores the applicant's interest and background and includes questions on current Canadian news headlines.

Fall 2027 offer acceptance is due 1 May 2027.
