Diploma in Commerce - finance à distance is a diploma in Business Administration programme offered by La Cité Collégiale in Ottawa, Canada. The programme runs for 2 years, delivered on campus. Teaching is in English. Tuition for international students is CAD 1,385 per semester (CAD 1,385 per semester for local students).
