Overview

Centré sur la gestion des talents, ce programme forme des techniciens en ressources humaines capables de contribuer à la transformation du monde du travail et au succès des entreprises. L'étudiant apprend à surmonter les enjeux de recrutement et de rétention des employés, à participer au recrutement, à la sélection, à la gestion du rendement et aux programmes de formation et de perfectionnement, ainsi qu'à appliquer les politiques et les lois liées aux ressources humaines. De la dotation au conseil, le diplômé se place au cœur de l'organisation pour créer une nouvelle expérience employé.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Applicants who fall short only of the mathematics prerequisite may still be admitted by passing La Cité's Compétences pour réussir numeracy test, or the college's preparatory mathematics course. Domestic Ontario applicants need the OSSD or equivalent, or, at 19 or over, a pass on the mature-applicant test, plus Grade 11/12 math (MBF3C, MAP4C, MCR3U or MCF3M). Quebec applicants need the DES with Mathématique CST 63404, TS 064406, SN 065406 or Mathématique 416, or the mature-applicant route; New Brunswick applicants need the provincial DES with course 30321A, on the same basis. No international-applicant section or language test score is published for this programme; French is the language of instruction.

Application Deadline: Domestic applicants apply through ontariocolleges.ca: for Fall 2027 entry the online application opened on 26 September 2026, colleges may start sending offers from 1 November 2026, and 1 February 2027 is the equal-consideration date; La Cité's own highly-competitive (quota) programmes are evaluated from 1 February 2027, with offers sent by mid-February 2027. International applicants apply through collegesdelontario.ca (SACO/OCAS) for a non-refundable CAD 350 fee and are checked against La Cité's own programme-availability table rather than a fixed date; the college states admission is competitive and never guaranteed, and publishes no fixed international closing date. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
