Offert en mode hybride à Ottawa avec stage coopératif, ce programme de deux ans forme des adjoints administratifs polyvalents. L'étudiant apprend à gérer les activités administratives d'un bureau, à traiter, rédiger et produire la correspondance d'affaires en français et en anglais et à maîtriser la bureautique, en plus de se préparer aux fonctions d'aide à la gestion : planification, tenue de comptes manuelle et informatisée, organisation et réalisation du travail de bureau. Le diplômé pourra préparer des rapports courants, renseigner les employés et le grand public sur les règles et procédures de l'organisation, faciliter la coordination de procédures administratives — présentations budgétaires, administration des contrats, programmes de travail — et coordonner la charge de travail du personnel de soutien. Le programme est également offert sans l'option coop.

Admission Requirements: For domestic applicants the page lists three accepted secondary credentials: the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent; Quebec's Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES); or New Brunswick's Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES). Applicants 19 or older without a diploma may instead pass La Cité's French-language mature-applicant test. Applicants who do not already meet the college's English requirement must pass its English-as-a-second-language test at the 'basic' level; the page notes that a good command of English is necessary because of the course texts used in class and the work placement.
