Program details

Overview

The diploma suits those who hold a degree outside business and want one or two years of further study to gain a specialty in a functional business area, as well as business graduates wanting to shift focus. Coursework spans logistics and transportation, international business, supply chain management, commercial law, marketing, financial management and accounting, statistics, and calculus.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Entry to the Supply Chain Management Post-Baccalaureate Diploma requires a bachelor's degree, plus Foundations of Mathematics 12 or Pre-calculus 12, or the equivalent; applicants lacking this may still apply but must complete an equivalent course approved by a programme advisor. English proficiency is met by a minimum of six credits of university-level English or Communications completed at an English-language university in an English-speaking country; applicants without those credits must instead provide a TOEFL score, an IELTS score, another current English placement test taken within the past two years, or sit TRU's own English placement test on arrival, though the page does not publish a minimum score for any of these. The diploma is open to international applicants and admits in September and January.

Application Details

Start Date: September and January
Application Deadline: Domestic applicants (Canadian citizens and permanent residents) apply directly to TRU: for the September (Fall) intake the deadline is 1 May, for January (Winter) it is 1 September, and for the May (Summer) intake it is 1 January; applications for most programs open 1 October, and a deadline falling on a weekend or statutory holiday moves to the next working day. International applicants follow the same intake structure with deadlines of 1 May (September), 1 October (January) and 1 February (May); TRU still reviews later applications where space remains, though high-volume programs can close early, so admission runs on a rolling basis around these published cut-offs for the 2027 entry cycle. These are institution-wide dates; this programme publishes no deadline of its own.
