The Project Management Professional Program (PMPP) is a 20-semester-hour certificate that prepares students to lead projects using industry-standard project management practices. Coursework covers project risk and scope management, and how to manage the constraints of quality, time, and cost while integrating technical project-management tools with leadership and communication skills. The program includes a supervised practicum placement under a licensed project manager, giving students applied experience in a real project-management setting. The curriculum is designed to align with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards, preparing graduates for PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designations. The certificate has an anticipated length of one year and total tuition of $10,000 CAD, and can also be applied toward 20 elective credit hours in Trinity Western University's Bachelor of Arts in Leadership degree-completion program. Requirements
Admission Requirements: Applicants must be at least 23 years old with a minimum of two to three years of workplace experience; there are no prerequisite courses required to enrol.
