The Master of Theology (ThM) at Trinity Western University's Trinity Evangelical Divinity School is a graduate program for Christian leaders seeking to deepen their theological understanding and strengthen their research skills. The program develops advanced research and analytical abilities through focused study in a chosen area of theology, integrating academic rigour with theological reflection. It prepares graduates for doctoral studies, academic teaching, or ministry leadership roles. The program is delivered in person and online synchronously. Full-time completion is anticipated to take between 8 and 12 months, with a part-time option also available. As an advanced theological master's degree, the ThM is intended for students who have already completed a first professional or academic theological degree. It is offered within Trinity Evangelical Divinity School alongside the university's other graduate theology and ministry programs, including the Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry.
