Overview
Marketing is a four-year business Specialist program offered as a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Toronto Mississauga and as a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Toronto Scarborough. The curriculum examines consumer behaviour, market research, branding, pricing, advertising, e-commerce, and sales, using case studies and market-simulation coursework alongside core first-year courses in microeconomics, macroeconomics, calculus for management, and financial accounting, with more than half of the degree's credits in management and marketing. All students complete a work-integrated-learning component built into core courses, and an optional co-op stream adds preparatory coursework plus two or three full semesters (8 to 12 months) of paid work experience without extending the program length. Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma with six Grade 12 4U/M courses, including English, Advanced Functions, and Calculus and Vectors, plus a supplementary application form describing the applicant's background and extracurriculars, with a possible follow-up interview.

Admission Requirements: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with at least six Grade 12 'U'/'M' courses, including required Grade 12 English (ENG4U/EAE4U), Advanced Functions (MHF4U), and Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U); the co-op component of Grade 12 courses is not used for admission.
