Overview
The Master of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (MDSAI) is a part-time, on-campus program designed for working professionals seeking to deepen their theoretical knowledge of data science and artificial intelligence for career advancement or transition. Delivered by the Faculty of Mathematics, the program combines graduate-level coursework with dedicated lab and lounge space that supports peer interaction and networking among students who continue working while they study. Students complete the program on a part-time basis over 36 months, with admission offered in the fall, winter, and spring terms. A co-operative variant of the program also exists, and students may transfer into the part-time MDSAI after completing at least one academic term in the co-op stream. English language proficiency, where required, is TOEFL 5 (writing 5, speaking 5) or IELTS 7.5 (writing 7.0, speaking 7.0).
