The Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering at the University of Windsor is a course-based graduate program with no thesis, research, or faculty-supervised research component. Students complete eight courses in total: four in Industrial Engineering and four required courses covering engineering mathematics, computational methods, communications, and project management. Most of these courses may be offered in an accelerated four- or six-week format. An optional co-operative education stream is available to students who apply in their first term of study. Admission requires a non-consolidated academic transcript, a backlog certificate, and a resume or CV, and a deposit is required within 21 days of accepting an offer of admission. Unlike the research-based Master of Applied Science, no funding or scholarships are available to students in this program, which is intended for applied, industry-oriented graduate training in industrial engineering.
