Overview

The MSc in Service Systems Design teaches students to design strong service experiences via user involvement and social innovation. It covers service systems, UX work, prototyping and visual thinking, based on the view that change requires understanding complex systems. Students study how people, technology, business and the environment interact, moving from initial ideas and strategy to business growth and scenario planning. Problem-based project work (PBL) builds practical design method skills in group settings. The programme is in English in Copenhagen over two years.
