Program details

Overview

IT-teknolog is a two-year vocational academy programme for students who want to work with networks, embedded systems, IoT and programming. The programme is built around four subject areas: how the internet works, programming, smart electronics and practical prototype building. Students aim to create solutions that help people in everyday life, and they learn through concrete company cases. Third-semester students choose two electives and continue with networks, embedded systems and a new course in Linux. The fourth semester includes a ten-week internship in a company in Denmark or abroad, where students work on tasks a qualified IT technologist could be given. The programme ends with a graduation project specialising in one topic, which may be written in collaboration with a company.
