Educational Innovation and Leadership, known as EduInno, is a two-year master's programme taught in English in Estonia, a country with an internationally recognised education system. It joins research and evidence-based thinking with hands-on learning, so that students can explore Estonian education at first hand and apply their learning to real problems in schools and other educational settings.
Teaching comes from researchers and practitioners experienced in educational development and reform. Students study alongside an international group of professionals with varied educational and cultural backgrounds, and carry out a personal educational innovation project, preparing them to lead change in Estonia or in their own countries.
The programme suits teachers who want to try new approaches to learning, as well as school and education leaders who wish to strengthen their leadership and base decisions on evidence. The first two semesters are spent in Estonia and combine lectures and seminars with trips to schools and similar bodies.
