MA/MS in Kielet, maisteri (2 v)

The Master's programme in Languages examines key questions of contemporary society from a language perspective. Students critically study multilingualism, identity, language learning and teaching, language education, discourses and power, and language use in different situations and media. The programme develops expertise in language for careers in communications, internationalisation, language education and language planning. Adding teacher pedagogical studies to the degree qualifies graduates to work as subject teachers. The programme treats language as a lens on contemporary social questions, which supports a distinctive language expertise.
