Overview

The Master in visual arts is conceived as an introduction to research, which can lead to further study or later doctoral work. It keeps the interdisciplinary strengths of the faculty while focusing training on an artistic project and its progressive link to research evaluation bodies. Two tracks are offered over M1 and M2: Arts plastiques, and Métiers de la bande dessinée (comics). The programme totals 720 hours per student, with 380 hours in M1 and 340 in M2.
