Offered by the Faculty of Shipping and Logistics at Caribbean Maritime University, this Bachelor of Science programme runs for four years and focuses on planning, coordinating and overseeing supply chains across land, sea and air. Coursework covers forecasting, product assembly, storage, distribution and the security considerations that come with moving goods through international trade channels. The wider faculty treats logistics as central to almost every organisation, especially in production, distribution and trade, and highlights the job openings that follow from immigration, shipping, security and port-management work.
Graduates are prepared for entry- and middle-level roles across logistics, shipping, port operations and related sectors, building the knowledge and flexibility needed to work in a global marketplace. Admission requires a minimum of five CSEC or GCE O'Level passes, or an equivalent international qualification, including Mathematics and English Language.
