MA/MS in Maritime Transport

The programme prepares high-level specialists able to take on managerial and senior technical roles within companies, organisations, institutions and departments involved in the management and operation of maritime transport, as well as roles in scientific research and higher education. Graduates are expected to independently work out and critically examine complex professional problems across the maritime transport sector, including business-related issues, and to justify their decisions while drawing on knowledge from areas such as environmental management, digitalisation, safety, general management, and marine and port engineering systems and technologies. The programme also builds the capacity to contribute to new knowledge and the development of professional practice, along with an awareness of the ethical responsibility professionals carry for the impact of their work on the environment and society.
