BA/BS in Computer Science

This Bachelor's programme in Computer Science aims to support growth in the computing industry by training highly skilled graduates for roles within private companies and public bodies, as well as academically prepared specialists and researchers. Study combines lectures, practical classes, laboratory work, seminars, project work and a four-month full-time internship. Six sub-programmes make up the curriculum: computing didactics, information systems, computer engineering, software engineering, information technologies, and computer science. Students build knowledge of computing, mathematics and their chosen direction, develop the ability to design and build complex applications and information systems, and gain an initial grounding in scientific research. Graduates typically move into international and local IT companies, start-ups, and state, non-governmental or private organisations.
