MA/MS in English studies

This Master's programme in English Studies aims to give students a thorough grasp of English studies across literary, linguistic and language-acquisition perspectives, along with the ability to carry out independent research, with core courses built around these areas and electives deepening knowledge in specific topics. Instruction and assignments are in English, making the programme fully accessible to international students. Graduates can move into a wide range of settings, including educational institutions, public administration bodies, translation and terminology centres, non-governmental organisations, EU institutions, media and publishing, and business or international organisations, with internship placements and related job exposure helping to widen these employment prospects further. Holders of the master's degree can also continue on to doctoral study.
