MA/MS in Fundamental Neuroscience

This specialisation combines theoretical grounding with practical research experience at the interface of psychology and biology, taking brain cells as its starting point and drawing on disciplines such as molecular biology and behavioural testing to examine how the brain functions. It gives an overview of the mechanisms behind psychological processes, together with psychiatric and neurological disorders, and builds the laboratory skills needed to carry out preclinical research into those disorders and mechanisms.
