Introduction to Data Analytics in R - Online

This one-week online course introduces the open-source R programming environment and its RStudio development interface through lectures and interactive, assignment-based tutorials. It covers three areas: basic objects and operations in R, working with data through management, analysis and visualisation, and control flow and programming logic. It is designed for people with little or no coding experience who want a foundation before starting further data analytics study or independent coursework, and the skills covered also transfer to other syntax-driven programming environments. Each day of the course includes three contact hours, split between interactive lectures introducing new material and tutorial sessions working through assignments.
