Management Consulting Essentials: Think Like a Consultant

The course addresses the uncertainty many students feel about pursuing a career in management consulting, covering what consultants do day to day, the sectors and companies they work with, and the problems they address and how. Sessions focus on practical experience, with participants taking on a consultant's role from the start of the course, combining the learning of concepts, methods and tools directly with hands-on application, through debates, group activities, exercises and presentations. The course also covers the typical recruitment process used by consulting companies, to help participants prepare for it.
