MA/MS in Law: International Technology Law

This track within the Master's in Law addresses how legal frameworks respond to technologies such as artificial intelligence, online platforms, and self-driving cars, along with the responsibilities legal professionals carry in an increasingly digital world. It covers how new technologies challenge existing legal concepts, put human rights at risk, and create the need for new legislation that either encourages innovation or protects individuals, communities, and societies, pointing to examples such as large language models, facial recognition technology, killer drones, and decision-making systems that automatically affect consumers and citizens.
