Online Master's Food Technology

The online specialisation concentrates on the core elements of food technology, the functional properties of ingredients, sustainable food process engineering, and product design. Students develop the ability to run food science research, design new food products and refine the processes used to make them, drawing on input from several disciplines, including food microbiology, food quality and design, food physics, food process engineering and food chemistry, with the aim of preparing graduates to work across different parts of the food industry.
