MA/MS in Biotechnology

This master covers biotechnology as the industrial exploitation of living organisms and their components, from long-established techniques such as brewing and fermentation to the gene modification methods that have reshaped the industry in recent decades, including the development of new medicines and vaccines. The multidisciplinary curriculum draws on recombinant DNA technology, cellular biology, microbiology and biochemistry alongside process design, engineering and modelling.
